We had a 101 metwl drain pipe inside a wall rust out and had to be replaced. Itvwas a hard job as the pipe was inside a plaster wall. It was a tough job, but Jake and Todd did a great job.
My A/C went out on a hot July night, the pregnant wife had to endure a night under fans. She wasn't comfortable which meant I wasn't comfortable. I called a couple of companies to fix the issue the next day but everyone I called had their schedule out a couple days. Then I called Dalton, they had a full schedule for the day but once hearing about the wife. They made time for us that same day. They looked at the unit that had failed a couple of their test and recommended a fair price to fix it on the spot. Landon was clear and efficient and gave a pleasant experience. So I told him about another issues I was having around the house which was a plumbing issue and called and had a me set up an appt for the next day. Which was perfect!
The technician came the next day named Jake and looked at the issue and gave me options to think about and I ended up having them fix the issue right away. Because of the leak from the plumbing issue Dalton sent another technician out to check on my electrical. Dan and Chris both fixed the issue the same day within the hour and even offered to check my furnace.
Not only did Dalton exceed my expectations and relieve my worries but they were extremely affordable.
I can't not think of a company that will go out of their way from the first call to the last call and make sure you are taking care of in a timely manner.
I will only recommend Dalton to my friends and family for their housing needs!

We were having sump pump issues that we were unsure whether it was an electrical or plumbing problem. I called Dalton because both services are offered. To rule out plumbing, they sent plumbers first. Their timeframe for arrival was 2-5 pm, but they contacted me at 11 am and asked if an earlier time would work since they were available , which I appreciated. They also contacted my husband to ask as well, so both of us could be home when they arrived. When Todd Miller and Robert Joy arrived we took them to our basement to explain our issue and the unknowns. They quickly assessed it was an electrical problem but continued to ask questions about the issue to get the whole picture. To confirm it wasn't a pump malfunction, they inspected the pump and the discharge pipe, engaging the motor to ensure it was working properly and the water was indeed flowing out with no blockage. They set up an appointment with an electrician for us immediately, but in the meantime we have the pump plugged in to another outlet to get us by until the fix. Even though they couldn't help us with the electric, we at least now have peace of mind knowing what the problem is.
Todd and Griffin were great. They showed up on time and were very professional. They answered my questions and were very helpful.
Josh came over and did my air conditioning and electrical inspection…he also made a repair/improvement to my air-conditioning unit. I was very satisfied with his work.
