Chris came to our house to help us with switching our generator and smart thermostat to our new router and wifi. He arrived on time, asked me questions to assess the situation, and then got to work. He connected both devices and also made sure the apps for both were functioning properly. Chris is always so helpful and is a true asset to the Dalton business!
Dalton was very easy to deal with and came out right away to figure out the issue and the tech Justin did a great job figuring out the issue and he was the same tech that came to fix it when the part came in. He was very quick and efficient and very easy to talk to! Thank you Dalton! Having my AC work again is going to make my family very pleased!
