Service tech was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Was able to replace the defective part right away and with no issues. They suggested some other maintenance updates as options.

My first member service call for HVAC was performed on the furnace by Brad. He was excellent, polite, very knowledgeable and thorough. Also checked my gas fireplace and smoke alarms. Very happy I signed up for this valuable service.
