I had a great experience with Dalton's. Scheduling was easy thanks to their AI assistant (Dane), and a real person—Shannon—called me right away to confirm. Jake G. was my tech, and he was fantastic. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed fast.
What really impressed me was how Jake made me feel like I was his only call that day. He took time to walk me through everything, pointed out a couple of other issues, and helped me schedule a follow-up. It's rare to find someone that makes you feel this taken care of—I've definitely found my go-to plumber.

The guys that came to do the preventive maintenance on the plumbing & heating were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. They gave suggestions on time-lines for replacing items. Their customer service was great.
