Steve was our installer and did an excellent job. He completed the job on a timely basis and made sure to protect our carpet. Only suggestion would be to have someone at the office check that they have all the pieces they will install. They had to go back and get the humidifier and the router for the themostat to enable the app.

I have used Dalton multiple times over the years and I've had nothing but excellent service from them. Recently I had to have a furnace repair and an AC system replaced. Everyone there did a fantastic job and Shannon went out of her way to make sure everything was scheduled at the best time for me. Hats off to everyone!
