The technician did an excellent job. Kept us informed on what he was doing. Only reason for the 4 was for scheduling the maintenance agreement appt. When originally scheduling they were 2 months out and then it was cancelled. Rescheduled and then postponed again. Third scheduled appointment was a charm. If customers have service agreements maybe the office needs to automatically schedule their customers appointments.

Excellent service! Called a couple of places and we're all going to charge extra and booked out days ahead of time but Dalton Plumbing came out same day and Devin was excellent. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it very quickly and save me money right off the bat! I will be using them going forward!

Lady I talked to on the phone was really nice and pleasant to talk to. I wasn't there when the technician came to my house but my father said he did a great job and was really helpful.
Dalton PHCEF was attentive and scheduled a service call for a date within a week from when I reached out. They kept me updated via text and ensured I knew who would be coming to my residence. Landon was incredibly professional and took the time to ensure my new Smart thermostat was working correctly before helping me install the mobile app. I definitely recommend Dalton for your HVAC needs!
