Once again, Dalton exceeds expectations for our home on Easton Ave, in Waterloo on July 3, 2024!
Kevin & Josh came to do the Central Air and servicing as part of our yearly membership plan. From the start, there was great communication and they were more than considerate about cleanliness.
In addition to the AC, they looked over duct system, dryer vent, electrical and a whole list of items as part of the service.
When they were done, they took the time to go over the extensive check list of items they inspected and serviced.
Dalton employees are the absolute best when it comes to knowledge about their job scope and customer service.

Had a broken pipe they were in and out in 3 hours. Can't complain about that.
The service technician arrived promptly, assessed the situation, kept us updated on costs, and time. He was correct on all counts. In no time it was repaired, we received some good maintenance tips, and he was on his way to the next case.
Our technician was polite, careful of both our house and garden plantings. Super nice guy. Great job!
