Very polite and informative
We had Daltons out to fix a slow leak in our water service between where it enters the house and the shut off valve. They had to find the outside valve, which they did. It was a flat rate for parts and labor. We knew what it would cost before they started … no surprises. The repair was uneventful, we'll use Dalton again.
Quickly repaired my AC and figured out if I needed a foundation drain disconnect. Very helpful staff.
Additional review for January 2026: my furnace went out in the cold of winter and they were able to have it replaced the next day, after having a tech out within 2 hours of my call. I think the installer that I caught the name of was Jordan? Anyway he and the person with him did a great job of installing my new furnace and AC
