I had no heat in my furnace, so I called Dalton to come out to take a look at it. They arrived a couple hours after I called and got me running. The technicians were very knowledgeable and got it fixed quickly. They were also incredibly friendly and explained the best options available. I also asked about adding heat to my basement and they provided a quote right then and I was able to get my basement heated within a couple of days. Great company and people! Highly recommend!

Our technician Jamon came out for our regular Yearly Heating and Fireplace Maintenance and was super professional and very proficient! Did an outstanding job with everything that needed to be taken care of and was just a pleasure to have as our technician! Would recommend him to anyone and definitely will ask for him the next time! Brad Pieper was very attentive and thorough with our problem. He assessed not only the problem, but he also made sure to do our annual maintenance that was overdue, as well as found that our humidifier was not hooked up. He took the extra time to make sure that everything was how it should be before he left.

Dalton went above and beyond when our furnace broke this winter! Furnace broke Saturday morning, technician was there within 2 hours and tried to fix it but ultimately it needed to be replaced. He brought in multiple space heaters to heat our home until they could install the new unit Tuesday. Fantastic customer service, great communication, and every employee we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful!
