Needed a shutoff valve replaced on my basement toilet. Called Dalton PHC and they were here in 10 minutes and replaced the valve. Zack and his assistant were professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend them!

We again had a leak but couldn't find the obvious culprit! Changed outdoor faucets as that was near the problem. Seth finally thought about the drainage pipe from our kitchen sink/garbage disposal. Had to remove a portion of the wall and discovered that the drain pipe had developed leaks. The house was built in 1955 and I'd lived here over 50 years with no prior problems. While we were ruling out areas, Seth discovered that our main water valve was leaking. Called the city to help find the curbside shutoff valve. Problems locating an exact location. Seth had another job to get to. Contacted a great concrete company who came out. Wound up having to tear out 3 sections of concrete, dug down over 7+ feet to finally located the broken curbside shutoff valve. Next morning before Seth was able to get back the concrete company came back, dug the rest of the way. They repaired/replaced the curbside cutoff, got an extender, tested it to are sure the lower connection still was able to turn the water on or off! Seth arrived back and at that point was able to change out our old indoor shutoff valve and replace our CFU water meter with the new one CFU brought out. Seth did a wonderful job of getting us up and running. The concrete company filled the huge hole. Got the 3 spots ready for concrete and poured it this morning! A nightmare situation was handled so well! Got it all done in under 3 days!!! Thanks to all who helped us out!!!
