So, I thought our 28 year old system was working fine but my wife has been pushing me to look into replacing it before it quit on us. We picked a new heat pump system with a gas backup, electrostatic filter and a humidifier. They installed it the next day. We noticed right away that the comfort level in our house is 1000x better than it was before and the outside unit is so quiet we can now read in peace out on the deck. Shoulda done it sooner...
Henry & Ethan were our service providers today and they were incredible! Very knowledgeable and experienced in the work we were doing and were able to provide answers to questions asked. Both of them were so nice and exceptional to work with! Cannot recommend Dalton's Plumbing Heating Cooling Electric and Fireplace enough, especially Henry & Ethan! Thanks again guys!

From my first phone conversation to the messaging about arrival times of their team members (with photo and brief bio so I knew who to expect) to the actual project...PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND RESPECTFUL!!
