Dakota was amazing! He broke everything down and even did all he could for our fireplace. The experience was great!
Spring inspection of plumbing. Discovered sump pump wasn't working,avoiding a potential big mess. Technician replaced pump and verified pump was functioning properly. Completed rest of inspection. Technician was profesional and friendly. Only 1 very minor complaint. After completing pump installation, items that had to be moved in order to install pump were not replaced. I was taught to put things back as found them.
Excellent work and customer service
Only issue was I was asked if the technician could come earlier than my scheduled appointment time, so I rearranged my day to be available 1.5 hours earlier, but then he did not arrive until the beginning of my originally scheduled window.
Peyton and his trainee came and did what needed to be done in a short period of time. So far, things seem to be working well.
