Recently had annual furnace check done by Brian at Dalton's. Brian was on time, polite, detailed services done, answered my questions and provided great customer service!! Would highly recommend if in need of these services!

Dalton's sent Landon Pierce, a very personable service technician who did what seemed to us to be a very thorough job of inspecting and maintaining our heating system. He took the time to explain in layman's terms whenever we had questions. This employee represents the Dalton brand very well.
Landon also inspected and cleaned our gas fireplace until it shined like new.
We feel that Dalton's service contract is a good value for a fair price. We take comfort in knowing that our heating system and fireplace will be ready to go whenever we need them.

Thank you for providing timely service. I was surprised to get scheduled so quickly. I appreciate the information shared regarding membership savings. I also appreciate the on-going communication prior to the service technician showing up to make repairs. William, the technician, was courteous and professional. He was exceptional at explaining the problem and what needed to be done to remedy it (new part was ordered). Upon his return with the correct part, he went about making the necessary installation. I highly recommend Willam and request that he be assigned for all of our future service calls.

They are always prompt, kind and great service

We had a bit of a mixup with the scheduling, but Justin showed up this evening completed the task. He was professional courteous, and I'm looking forward to scheduling my next appointment.

Gus was great

Middle of the afternoon, 2:00 pm to be exact. No hot water and we had to shower and get to an evening event. No promise, but Dalton said they would try to find a plumber to come here. Otherwise,, early the next day.
Zack arrived about a half hour later, read the error code on the in-line heater which indicated no gas flow to the burner. An apparent air lock had formed and stopped the gas flow. After verifying the fix, he was gone 20 min later.
Speedy service, knowledgeable plumber and hot water restored. That was 3 weeks ago and no problems since.
I highly recommend Dalton to all who have plumbing problems.
