Ethan from Dalton is amazing! He performed our annual air conditioner and electrical maintenance today. He was thorough, knowledgeable and took time to listen to questions and fully answer them. Have always had great service and experience with Dalton. If you can request Ethan do so. You will be impressed!

Since I was asked to do a survey, they have lost a star because I pay for a membership, said membership is supposed to come with annual checks to prevent service failures and provide regular maintenance. My AC had NOT BEEN CHECKED ALL SUMMER! so when I called they said they would have to charge me if it was a call for service.. just the service call!! That's not including the actual work that may or not need to be done. I was livid. Why do I pay for a membership if you're not going to do your annual checks. I did leave it as 4 stars because once I actually talked to someone reasonable they sent over a technician free of charge and did a proper check. There were no issues. But don't charge someone when you're not doing your regular checks!! I have a million things going on, you have one job.
Kevin did a fantastic/complete job for our furnace and fireplace annual check. Kevin W. explained everything, including recommendations, very well in a manner we could understand. We would ask for Kevin again if the need occurs.
I love these people. They always treat me right. Jake is AMAZING! He does everything in his power to make things run perfectly. When he hits a dead end or the problem is too big he knows when to refer out ....
Dalton is always quick to respond and reasonably priced.
Next chapter, once again Dalton has come to my rescue! I really appreciate everything that y'all have done when it comes to being there. Justin did a phenomenal job and was here first thing this morning. I just had the siding redone on my house. The workers did not connect all the wires correctly for my air conditioner unit. My house could have burned down. We're going through a heatwave and it was bad when I woke up. 86° in my house. Thank you thank you thank you thank you for your services. All you guys are greatly greatly appreciated.
