We were happy with Dalton's duct cleaning service. We are new to Waterloo, so we are happy to start a good relationship with Dalton.
My mother called a plumber early morning, when I came home from work no plumber. I called left message canceling plumber. I then called Daltons and tech called within 10 minutes, to let me know his name was Jeff, he would be here to help soon. It was a pleasant surprise when Jeff arrived, we had worked together! Jeff assessed the problem and quickly unclogged my kitchen sink, very professional, knowledgeable and polite???? So appreciate how quickly Jeff resolved my plumbing problem. Thank you Bonnie

Dalton came in today to install a new toilet. As always they did a great job. Jack was on time, very personable and did a good job on the installation.
Dalton's has been my home service providers since moving to Waterloo in 2019. I rest easy knowing I am in the best of hands with all of my home upkeep and maintenance. Everything from furnace filters to smoke alarm batteries and everything in between is checked from A to Z by their great staff. Dalton's wrote the book on servicing what they sell. You won't be disappointed!
Dalton is always helpful and timely when we need them for a service call. Every staff member we've experienced has been professional and friendly.
I had an issue with my sink and tub. Jake fixed the issues and communicated with me during the process. I highly recommend.
