Landon was great. I'm an out of state landlord so it's great to have a local trustworthy company who can troubleshoot and the problem and get it fixed while you're not there and not try to sell you on things you don't need. They got out right away and got the AC unit fixed in no time.
They arrived earlier than planned which was great. They found and addressed our issue very quickly. Jake and Griffin were amazingly helpful and personable. Overall it was a great experience

Dominic P. Was a delight! He was friendly and personable, and was very efficient at checking out the air conditioning system. He helped me get new filters that I needed and asked several times if there were any questions he couldn't answer. He was very knowledgeable and made the visit fun. He even threw in a Sweeney Todd reference (inside joke). Overall, I would give him the rating of 15 out of 10. He's a real gem! Dalton is lucky to have him!
