We had our bathtub/shower faucet break at 4:45 a.m. on what was an already stressful day. Having previous positive experience with Dalton, I gave them a call at that hour. After telling the AI voice dude that I needed to talk to a real person, Griffin called back and made arrangements to arrive later that morning, which he did. Griffin is a super nice guy and a professional of the highest degree. He evaluated the situation, explained the available options, and remedied the situation to get us through until a permanent replacement of the faucet could be obtained and installed, and in doing so he helped calm and reassure a household on the verge of a nervous breakdown. We really were blessed to have Griffin take such competent charge of the situation and will continue to call upon Dalton for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Since fall 2024 we have used Dalton for many services in our home. We love the one stop for all our repairs. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone is very professional and easy to work with.
Tanner removed old water softener and a tank full of salt, all trundled up the basement stairs and out the door which was no easy task. He installed a new softener, added salt, and left no debris behind. Professional, efficient, and personable service.
