Service call to check out water softener

Very detailed job. He helped with the fireplace maintenance cleaning which helped it work. He also got the garage disposal working better. Who knew you should not put lime peals in it. He also arrived on time. Thank you.
Excellent customer service and fantastic workmanship. This is my third time hiring Dalton and I couldn't be happier. Dakota Hora was our technician today and he was very kind and professional. He even came back after the visit was over to double check our HVAC filter. Grateful he did because we have been putting it in wrong for 6 years. He added a sticker to show the direction of air flow and flipped it around for us. Made me a customer for as long as we live in Iowa.

Dakota was our technician today. Our call really started at about 9pm last night and he was here within the hour. He checked things out and got it determined to be either the igniter or the heat exchanger. Since our furnace is an older unit he didnt have the part on him. He brought a personal heater from his own home over and used it to help the air to have some heat to it and was back by 9am today. As of 1030, the furnace is working and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. During the whole transaction, Dakota was professional, pleasant and cared more about making sure our two young kids were warm for the night than anything else.
Was able to receive emergency service to restore heat on the first very cold day of fall. Landon did a great job of completing the job quickly!
