Great company! Great workers! My AC went out on Sunday night and I called around 11 on Monday, I explained the situation and was briefly put on hold. When the amazing woman on the line told me that they moved some things around and would get me in, they were there within 30 minutes! Conner was the name of the technician they sent to my house. Greeted me by name and a hand shake, great start! Well he went over all the normal things that cause a central ac to go out and said my unit was all up to par. Turns out the breaker switch in my breaker box went bad, which he promptly replaced. This week is supposed to be really hot so I'm thrilled that Dalton plumbing, heating, and cooling along with Conner were able to get here quickly but also take the time to understand the problem and fix it right the first time! I would highly recommend them for any AC, furnace, or other services they offer! Great experience!

Justin recently installed a dehumidifier in our basement and we're extremely happy with the new system. Humidity has been consistently at the level we set regardless of outside humidity levels. Justin was great at letting me know when he'd be arriving and for answering all of my questions to make sure I understood how everything worked and that I was happy with the result. We also signed up for their HVAC maintenance plan which is a great value compared to other prices we'd been quoted elsewhere. Dalton will definitely be our go-to from now on, highly recommend.
I'm very happy with our service I just had with Dalton. Both service text that came to my house did an excellent job. They both explain to me exactly what they did and what I can do to prevent some some stuff to happen again I was very again very happy with the service I got from both technicians I recommend Dalton to anybody
