Devon was very professional and thorough in cleaning my central air unit. Then, because I am a member of their maintenance club for a monthly fee, my water softener was filled with salt. Devon let me know that my HVAC filters will be shipped to me. I am truly happy so far with the maintenance club. I pay around $43 per month and it provides water softener salt, HVAC filters (those generally cost me $32 per month-I change them monthly) and I am excited to utilize the inspection of my sump pump soon. I am amazed at all of the perks in the membership and very impressed with the professionalism of the young man that came today to service my cebtral air unit.
Brad came to our home to check out the problem with our geothermal AC. He was very prompt, polite, informative, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes and made the necessary repairs. Brad showed us exactly what the problem was and answered all of our questions.
