Brad went above and beyond in his service today! He was able to save Christmas! Our furnace went out and the house was getting cold, and we would need to cancel or find new arrangements for our family this Christmas Eve and tomorrow on Christmas Day. After diagnosing the problem and receiving an extended timeline for repair, he didn't give up till he found a solution showing there really is a Christmas spirit out there watching over us. Professional and knowledgeable! Great energy efficient tips to help ensure we are using our heating and cooling systems to the fullest! The emails and text messages reminding us of the appointment time and who we could expect to see at our door gave us good peace of mind. Definitely recommend. 5+ stars. And will definitely use again.
Had to replace furnace/water heater/actually during a crappy winter day and these 2 dalton installers did an excellent job, very friendly, experts and got things done in one day with clean up and a very positive attitude. I was happy to meet them and pleased with their job despite the cost.
