Had a sump pump go bad last Saturday night. Dalton was here 1st thing Sunday morning. No Sunday fee charges since I am a member. Jeff the technician was pleasant and professional. Got the job done quickly. Did a great job. Would recommend Dalton for all of your plumbing/ heating and air conditioning needs. Oh and fireplace too. I thought the prices were fair and reasonable. Only problem I had was with the automated phone system. She got my information correct however Jeff the technician said she gave him the wrong address and phone number however Jeff figured it out.

We had an outdoor gas leak so shut off gas Thursday night and Dalton sent a tech over Friday. Quick service and Justin was a great tech. We've used them before so they immediately came to mind when we had this issue.
Could not ask for better service. Brad was the tech and found the problem with our fireplace. Was here one half hour. Very nice guy.
