Justin came and delivered the heartbreaking news that my 27 year old furnace had passed away, and that my thermostat was also broken from me Hulking out when trying to pull it off the wall. He was very kind and worked with me to try to secure financing for a new furnace. I was denied because of previous questionable life choices that left me with a rough credit score. He was extremely nice and comforting about me being denied, and gave me some other options to consider. Shout out to Justin for trauma bonding with me!

Very impressed Daltons were able to get an appointment to fix our water leaks. Mr Jeff was great in fixing water leaks in basement and outside. Very friendly and prompt. He was also very nice to our dog (Milo) that wanted him work.
