Really appreciate the time and care Justin and Brian (and others) have taken to provide quality, friendly, service, each time they've been out, from the initial installation, through two years of scheduled maintenance visits!
Techs were polite and respectful however, they didn't do a great job cleaning up. I found alot of sheet metal screws. Not a big deal though. Once I found the first one, I just did a good sweep job and got the rest.
Josh and Jacob were here bright and early to service the heating unit and fireplace. I am so pleased with Dalton's quality of technicians, servicing what they sell. I have assurance and peace of mind that Dalton's has my home covered.
