Excellent service don't right the first time
Josh Kneeland was an amazing tech - very thorough, explained in depth the processes of the service being provided, and answered any questions we had regarding the service, including
upgrading any equipment we may wish to, and options available to us. Very thorough and helpful through and through, which reminded us why we went with Dalton initially, and why we will stay with Dalton for our HVAC and plumbing needs.
It was easy to set up an appointment and the professional service folks showed up on time and were very helpful and informative. Brad was very friendly and took time to answer questions and provide helpful information.
Seth did a great job with our plumbing inspection. He was thorough, careful, and congenial.
And Brad, who followed Seth, did an equally thorough and competent inspection of our furnaces. It was pleasant to have both of these men in our home.

I just recently purchased a condo and had Dalton Plunbing and Heating do some work for me. Each of their employees were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them. Love the program they offer to check the AC in the spring and furnace in Fall to make certain everything is in good working order. Brad P was pleasant and did a great job.
