The employees at Dalton Plumbing were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We felt confident in our decision and confident with Dalton Plumbing installing our water softener. The plumbers walked us through everything they did to complete the task and they completed the job quickly.
We had an air conditioner issue a couple weeks ago and called Dalton on the recommendation of family that recently used them, too. We signed up for the yearly maintenance plan where they check out your furnance, air conditioning, plumbing, etc. They sent Cody out yesterday to do that furnance and plumbing check. Super nice guy, knowledgable, and very friendly. Had a great time talking with him while waiting for his numbers tests to complete. Overall, a great service that I don't have to worry about anymore and Cody was fantastic.
Griffin Joy was great to work with from start to finish. He was responsive, honest, and took the time to walk me through the different equipment options and warranties so I could make an informed decision. I never felt pressured and always felt like he had my best interests in mind.
I'm extremely happy with the complete furnace, air conditioning, and water heater package that Dalton PHC helped put together for my home. The entire experience was smooth and professional. I would gladly work with Griffin and the Dalton PHC team again in the future.

The staff at Dalton were very thorough, friendly, and professional. The service/maintenance plan offered by Dalton is an extremely good deal. They are check everything thoroughly and clean your furnace, A/C, and gas fireplace. It is a great comfort to know the condition of your plumbing, heating, electrical system, and fire place and know that they are maintained properly.
