Dalton's always does a great job for me. They are friendly and answer all my questions. They explain anything they find that may need additional attention. I'm very happy with their service.
My Comfort Advisor Makell, worked very hard to earn my business. I received several estimates to replace my aged HVAC system but due to the product options Dalton offered and Makell's patient, timely, cheerful answers to all my questions, she won the bid. There were a few hiccups in the scheduling process but thanks to Shannon's (Customer Service), response and actions, along with Makells support, those obstacles were overcome. All the Techs involved with installing my new systems and duct cleaning provided exceptional service along with friendly personal attention.
Seth did all he could to remedy our problem. He explained his process step by step. Unfortunately he couldn't resolve the problem. Dalton helped in pointing us to other resources and it was much appreciated.
Our AC broke down during a heat wave and we needed a new system. Dalton staff explained all our options and got the new unit installed on time. They made sure we understood the new thermostat before they left and even came back to help with the wifi setup. I definitely recommend them.
