My water heater was leaking very badly, Connor brown came and gave me a quote and when I decided to get it replaced he was very prompt and professional. 10/10 best service
From staring with Mike coming out to quote, to Casey coming out to install. Was a seamless process, and worked with my schedule. 4 of 5 stars because I'm not impressed with the Cielo "smart" thermostat. Kind of wish they wouldn't have taken my Honeywell digital I'd bought for old furnace so I could potentially replace the Cielo. Also not sold on humidistat for whole house humifier being installed in basement. Will have to see next winter if I move it upstairs, or leave it. Hasn't been warm enough to see how the new A/C compares. Overall satisfied with the upgrade.

Always friendly and thorough service. My furnace was blowing cool air and they came right out and fixed it.
Called in morning because sump pump was acting up. Service man came out in afternoon and replaced the old with a new pump. Service man was friendly, courtious, and efficient. Now I have peace of mind.
4/7/26 Dalton Plumbing came out today to do upkeep on four toilets and while they were there, they also added larger ducts to my furnace to make it operate more efficiently. The workers were all prompt, professional, and friendly.
Customer service of Dalton is excellent with the goal to serve quickly and efficiently!
Jamon was very nice, answered all our questions, very helpful. I told him I hope he can come help us again when we need it .
