Everytime I need them I am able to get an appt quickly. I have had several issues this summer with my AC and I had a new water heater installed. Every tech was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Each went above and beyond and I can't say thank you enough. The office staff is also kind and amazing. I can't say enough great things about Dalton. Their pricing is fair and they are a company that you tell care about their customers.They also have a great discount program that gives a discount off the trip charge and services. It's definitely worth it. I will be a customer for life. Thanks you guys!
