Dakota from Dalton provided five-star service. He checked both our heating and plumbing systems and was very thorough throughout the visit. He took his time, explained a few efficiency improvements, and made sure everything was running properly. I also appreciate him walking me through the benefits of my membership. Overall, a great experience—very professional and knowledgeable. Five out of five stars.
The guys that came to do the preventive maintenance on the plumbing & heating were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. They gave suggestions on time-lines for replacing items. Their customer service was great.
I called Dalton and got prompt service. Landon identified the problem quickly and explained it to me. Unfortunately the Lennox system that we inherited from the previous owner was ridiculously complicated and vulnerable. Landon worked through the issue and provided a solution. He was courteous and patient in explaining options. I would definitely recommend Dalton in the future.I would definitely not recommend Lennox.
Woke up this cold morning (March 25, 2026) with no heat coming from the gas furnace. Checked all the usual suspects, then contacted Dalton PHC, who scheduled a service call for 11:00 AM the same morning. At exactly 11 Brad Pieper from Dalton arrived and had the issue diagnosed in 15 minutes! As he didn't have the replacement part on his truck, he made a fast trip to his office and by 1:00 the part was installed, the furnace tested, and our heat was once again working like new! Brad was personable, professional, punctual, and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Thanks Brad, and thanks Dalton PHC!
