We have had the best service from Dalton since starting to use them. We just had a service call to check over our AC the other day and our tech, Jamon, was fantastic. He was so nice and explained everything so well. I will say though- I was initially annoyed because I had a time slot of 11-1 so I planned my day around that window. Sometime after 1, I received a call from Dalton asking if it would be a good time to send the tech out. I reminded the lady that my window was 11-1 and she basically told me that they were running behind. I would have expected a text/call if this was the case. I had the tech come out and it was after 3 before the service call was complete. I wanted to give the tech the time he needed, but it almost made me late for another scheduled appointment. Overall, we have been happy with their service, but It just makes it hard to plan your day if you are waiting around during a service window and the person doesn't show up.

Amanda was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Took the time to answer my questions. Also gave us information on improving home conditions
Our water heater decided to go out and it was time for a new one. Called Dalton and they were great. Scheduled a new water heater replacement for the next morning. Service was fast, professional and our technician Connor Brown was beyond awesome! Thank you again for the awesome service. We definitely recommend Dalton.
