First time firing up the new furnace for our first hard freeze. Thought the new system wasn't working, so called immediately to have it checked. Technician was here quickly, verified that the unit was working as designed, explained the how the high efficiency system worked, and even chatted with the wife about covering our Mums to preserve from the cold weather. Very thankful we're covered this winter with our new system from Dalton.
Daltons provided fast excellent service to give me peace of mind that our furnace is good for the winter. Their employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
Was well taken care of. Was offered multiple ways about getting my sewer line cleaned out before Brock attempted to do so, due to what could be going on. Brock allowed me to watch the video feed from the camera which made me feel better so I could see for myself what was going on. I unfortunately saw the bad news that I needed my sewer line replaced. He also informed me what my next option would be for replacing my line. I diffently would recommend Daltons for your plumbing, heating, and cooling. Their service is outstanding.
