I woke up to a chilly house this morning. Not sure why, but I adjusted the heat last night to 68° and it was 59° in my house this morning. Josh took a look at the thermostat and then went downstairs. It was a fluke with the system. The error message was not in their system but Josh got the furnace working again in no time.

Fast, friendly service. I was able get an appointment the same day I called.
Thankfully they were able to schedule new furnace install the following day so we wouldn't be without heat. They were also great working around my work schedule. Would recommend to anyone who needs service!
