Justin was fabulous! I had questions about other things that I was wanting to look into and having issues with and he took the time to listen and went above and beyond my expectations. He is a huge asset and would recommend him and Dalton for any job.

Kevin from Dalton is very knowledgeable, very polite, and goes the extra miles. He saved me a ton by seeing if the costs of a repair could be applied to a new furnace (Dalton said yes!). THANKS Kevin and Andy!!!

I am super happy with the service I received today. Scheduled online and had someone come out the very same day. Great communication. Received an email with service tech's photo saying he was on the way. Very thorough. Ran several checks. Gave me lots of info and options on next steps. A very big thank you to Kevin! He made sure I understood everything and we were taken care of. I felt like he was honest and trustworthy. So glad we chose Dalton today. They will be who we call in the future.
