Dominec came in for a maintenance check on my HVAC system and managed to give me several good tips on the things that I should keep an eye on. Wasn't pushy about services at all and was very professional and personable. I am happy with my decision to use Dalton's services.

I had a great experience with Dalton's. Scheduling was easy thanks to their AI assistant (Dane), and a real person—Shannon—called me right away to confirm. Jake G. was my tech, and he was fantastic. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed fast.
What really impressed me was how Jake made me feel like I was his only call that day. He took time to walk me through everything, pointed out a couple of other issues, and helped me schedule a follow-up. It's rare to find someone that makes you feel this taken care of—I've definitely found my go-to plumber.
