Dakota Hora was the service rep for our furnace inspection. He was very polite, he put on boot covers to walk in our house. Very knowledgeable. Ask for him if you need anything.
Called and spoke to Lori, she sent Seth right out. He went down in the dungeon, a.k.a. my crawlspace and fied the sump pump very quickly. (didn't even scream like a girl when he saw the spiders and the dead mice.) Gets extra points for that! I'm very happy with the service.
