Had a problem with furnace. Josh and William worked to get it resolved. They both were very knowledgeable and friendly.

The staffs were great at what the came to do. They listened to your needs and find ways to help you solve the issues at hand. They are great at their jobs. The only issue is the high pricing. Other than that they have great service.
We love Dalton Plumbing and Heating. They installed a new furnace and central air in our in our 1901 home we have remodeled. We purchased a service contract to include maintenance checks throughout the year.We love the fast service and response time from Dalton Plumbing, Heating. We scheduled a maintenance check on our furnace system and water system. Unfortunately, they had to canceI due to several other customers were without heat. They promptly rescheduled and completed the maintenance check. We recieved calls updating us when they would arrive, a list of potential problems in the future, and even sent a picture of our service person so we could use that for an identify check. I wouldn't trust anyone but Dalton to service our furnace and central air. Professional workers and so polite and respectful. Excellent quality service for a great value. A+++ business. Thank you Dalton Plumbing and Heating for such kind, respectful, and caring people you employ. Keep up the great work.
