Dalton heating and cooling business., the people that you speak to on the phone and show up in person, the friendliest they would stop what they would do and explain things to me a great lengths and if I didn't understand they keep trying. Just a bar none excellent experience from Dalton's heating and air conditioning business. We have no intentions of ever going with another business like Dalton's.

Had a drain backed up, and it ended up being a level 2 job that was a bit more costly than the level 1 job, but the two people that helped me out were very clear about what the issue might be, what they will be trying next, and the estimated cost before starting the job—really helpful things to know as a homeowner. Called on a Saturday, they were here by Monday, and the issue was resolved.

Five Star for the technician, every time I've had a technician from Dalton they have been efficient always know what they're doing and very kind and polite. Four star for the cost they're a little on the pricey side compared to others. But I will continue to use Dalton because I know whoever kind walks into my house is somebody I can trust
