Brad came.out today for our fall check up per our contract. Brad is very knowledgeable and thorough.
Have used them several times. They do good work and they do put you up on the schedule if someone cancels which was very nice to have someone come out the next day after my request.

Zach was excellent, coming as an emergency visit on Sunday.
No charge for this visit because they had been here two days earlier for the same thing, but did not thoroughly correct the problem, so had to have them come back on emergency visit to clean our sewer line out because it flooded the basement despite being here two days earlier. I appreciated them no charging and taking responsibility for an inadequate job the first time around. Overall would highly recommend Daltons.
The technician went above and beyond. Dakota thoroughly inspected my fireplace and gave me confidence that all is working well. He also did some research to see if the glass panel on my fireplace that has some chipped paint could be replaced. He was careful and courteous. I can't say enough about his professionalism.
I appreciated a call prior to showing up. And Justin explained what was causing the issue. He showed me the meter and what it should be reading. Also being very friendly and curious.
