Had the twice a year service done today. This time it was my A/C check/tune up. They were timely, thorough, and friendly. Would definitely recommend them
Jacob came to do our scheduled spring maintenance, was right on time. We're fairly new to Dalton's service contract, so he explained what it includes. He cleaned the outdoor air conditioner unit, and the dryer vent, got tremendous amount of stuff out, I'm sure it saved us problems down the road.
In the process he did find a bad capacitor on the outdoor unit (it's 11 years old) so that was replaced before it created a problem this summer with air conditioning. He also found the blower wheel was very dirty on the indoor unit (also 11 years old) so took that out and cleaned it as well, had never been done before. Those last two were add-ons, not included in the service contract, but the price was reasonable, and since we had two add-ons, he gave us a break on the price.
Appreciate his patience and friendliness in explaining what he was doing all along the way, and giving repair options.

HVAC tech answered all my questions and did an amazing job. Friendly and knowledgeable. Pleased with service.
We had another issue with a previous service call that wasn't discovered until late yesterday evening. I immediately contacted Dalton and Brad was called to come out. Brad and his co-worker redid the service as if it hadn't been done. The ladies in the office were on top of it and the service techs took care of the problems. Thank you.
Jeff is absolutely wonderful. Explained everything in detail. Took his time with me to make sure I understood. Fabulous! I can't say enough good things about him.
