Brad was our technician that fantastic to interact with. They showed up timely and promptly and asked me about my concerns regarding my system. Once I explained and expressed my concerns he walked me step by step through what and how they can fix all of my issues. Dalton's came out to give me my winter furnace inspection and did a wonderful job checked everything out. The technician was very polite and nice and when I asked questions about anything he answered them for me, so thank you Dalton's for inspecting my furnace for the winter it was a very pleasant experience
