Brock did a great job installing an additional outside faucet. He was personable and willing to explain how best to do the job. His work was meticulous. We are very satisfied with how this project turned out and happy that we can rely on Dalton PHC for our heating, cooling, plumbing and gas fireplace needs.
Service and quality was great as usual! The only thing I don't like is the billing. I am not disputing the cost. What I want to have is a breakdown of the cost…. what costs what? I like to know what I am paying for for my own home records.
I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled an electric water heater issue. I was trying to change the water temperature, and inadvertently shut off the heater. The heater has several icons and buttons that need to be pressed in a particular order. The plumbers were great with explaining to me step-by-step how to do this properly.
We have a membership & have used them. The first time for plumbing; fixing a leak and installing a faucet. Second time for electrical. Both technicians were very personable, efficient, & down to earth. Great place
