They're also meticulous, and make sure they cover everything they did with you afterwards so you know exactly what was looked at, done, and what you may need to consider changing and why. Tech was very good. Friendly and courteous. We had to have UV bulb changed in addition to servicing the furnace. Told us the price before installation and made sure we were ok with the cost.
