We had an outdoor gas leak so shut off gas Thursday night and Dalton sent a tech over Friday. Quick service and Justin was a great tech. We've used them before so they immediately came to mind when we had this issue.
Could not ask for better service. Brad was the tech and found the problem with our fireplace. Was here one half hour. Very nice guy.

Brad went above and beyond in his service today! He was able to save Christmas! Our furnace went out and the house was getting cold, and we would need to cancel or find new arrangements for our family this Christmas Eve and tomorrow on Christmas Day. After diagnosing the problem and receiving an extended timeline for repair, he didn't give up till he found a solution showing there really is a Christmas spirit out there watching over us. Professional and knowledgeable! Great energy efficient tips to help ensure we are using our heating and cooling systems to the fullest!
