Priority Service Agreement
The secret to dependable performance from any furnace or air conditioner is regular check ups. That's why Dalton offers the Homeowners Priority Service Agreement. Actually, we think of it as a peace-of-mind agreement.

Twice a year, our factory-trained service professionals will perform a service check so that your heating and cooling systems are ready to go when needed to provide complete comfort for you and your family.

To service your gas furnace for the winter heating season, we will:
1. Clean and check the thermostat.
2. Clean and adjust all safety controls.
3. Clean burners.
4. Clean and adjust pilot assembly.
5. Adjust burners for efficiency.
6. Check for gas leaks in furnace.
7. Lubricate all moving parts.
8. Check belt and adjust tension, if applicable.
9. Check filters (extra charge to change).
10. Check flue pipe.
11. Check humidifier (extra charge to change pad).
12. Check BTU input.
13. Check total performance.
(For a separate charge, we also offer an optional inferred scope furnace safety check that allows the customer to see cracks in the heat exchanger.)

To service your air conditioning system for the summer cooling season, we will:
1. Check and adjust the thermostat.
2. Clean and rinse condenser coil.
3. Check for adequate refrigerant charge.
4. Check evaporator superheat.
5. Lubricate all moving parts.
6. Check belt and adjust tension if applicable.
7. Check filters (extra charge to change).
8. Check all wiring connections.
9. Check air temperature across evaporator (indoor) coil.
10. Check that condensate drain is open.
11. Turn exposed dampers to cooling position, if marked.
12. Change damper on humidifier.
Service is also available for your heat pump system or oil furnace system.

PLUS:
As a Priority Service Agreement preferred customer, you are entitled to first priority should any emergency service needs arise, and we will automatically renew your agreement so that your air conditioning will be covered in time for next year's heat!
