I want to share with you a statement that I published in our employee handbook, as it very clearly states the way I feel about the Dalton staff and our community of friends:

We will take care of the details, without losing our focus on the big picture. Lastly, we will do this together, because not a single one of us could achieve the Dalton mission on our own."
