Dalton Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling began in the 1800s as the Johnson & Wyth Hardware Store. In 1917, it was renamed the Johnson-Christiansen Hardware Store. Finally, in 1959, it took on the Dalton name.

Chuck Dalton and his associates built the Dalton reputation on dependable and personal service. Mr. Dalton and his successors, Wally Burman and Jim Breckunitch, have been creating satisfied customers ever since. They now provide their friend and current owner Dave Krejchi with the benefit of their experience as they continue to call the Cedar Valley home.

Both Wally Burman and Jim Breckunitch have been involved in the business with Chuck Dalton since the beginning. Dave Krejchi grew up in the Cedar Valley and knew the Dalton name to be synonymous with quality and reliability. Dave was honored to take on the challenge as the new owner.

Dave has built his personal and business success on taking care of people first, and he brings this philosophy to Dalton’s. Dave and the Dalton staff will continually be looking for ways to improve their product selection and services.
